Nexthrone

Privacy policy.

Last updated: April 23, 2026
Nexthrone takes privacy seriously — not as a compliance exercise, but because the people who hire us to build financial systems expect us to hold ourselves to the same standard on our own website. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you visit nexthrone.com or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
§ 01

Who we are

Nexthrone is operated by Nexthrone LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Kosovo under registration number 812040806, with registered offices at Ukshin Hoti St., Priam Residence, Entrance A, Floor 22, Prishtina 10000, Kosovo.

For any matter described in this policy — including exercising your rights — you can reach the data controller at info@nexthrone.com.

§ 02

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and respond to inquiries. Specifically:

  • Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, company, selected project type, and message you choose to share. Nothing else.
  • Direct emails. If you email us at info@ or projects@nexthrone.com, we receive your message and whatever metadata your email client attaches.
  • Aggregate analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics service, to count page views and referring sources in aggregate. Plausible does not log IP addresses, does not set cookies, and does not build cross-site profiles.

We do not run advertising pixels, we do not embed social trackers, and we do not use cookies for marketing.

§ 03

Why we collect it

Each category of data has a specific, limited purpose:

  • Contact data — to respond to your inquiry, scope possible engagements, and follow up where that makes sense. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients, and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
  • Analytics — to understand, in aggregate, which content is useful and where to improve. The legal basis is legitimate interest; the data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual visitors.
§ 04

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and related email correspondence are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, after which they are deleted, unless a commercial engagement has started — in which case retention is governed by the contract and by applicable tax and accounting law.

You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time by writing to info@nexthrone.com. Aggregate analytics do not identify you and are retained indefinitely in aggregated form.

§ 05

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, ever. We do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of subprocessors to operate the site:

  • Formspree — receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Data is processed under Formspree’s own privacy terms.
  • Plausible Analytics — aggregate, cookieless traffic analytics.
  • Our email and hosting providers — standard infrastructure providers bound by data processing agreements.

Where subprocessors are located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).

§ 06

Your rights

Under the GDPR and equivalent Kosovo data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your data.
  • Object to, or request restriction of, our processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo or your own national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@nexthrone.com. We’ll respond within 30 days — usually much sooner.

§ 07

Security

Traffic to nexthrone.com is encrypted in transit via TLS. Contact form data is encrypted in transit between your browser, Formspree, and our email provider. Access to raw submissions is restricted to Nexthrone staff who need it to respond. We review our access controls at least annually and apply the same baseline hardening standards we apply to the financial systems we build for clients.
